Xp3 Cleaner-Degreaser Comparison Test:
The primary function of Xp3 cleaner-degreaser is to reduce the interfacial surface tension, which is key to the effectiveness of the product. To demonstrate the grease removal capabilities of Xp3 cleaner-degreaser. we coated steel panels with used motor oil and compared the effectiveness of our product to our closest competitor.
- The LEFT PANEL (seen below) was submerged in a water solution at 122 degrees F that was treated with a competitor’s product.
- The RIGHT PANEL was submerged in a water solution at 122 degrees F and treated with Xp3 Cleaner-Degreaser.
- The pictures below were taken a few seconds after the plates were submerged.
- Notice the RIGHT PLATE treated with Xp3 Cleaner-Degreaser immediately started to remove the used oil from the steel panel without any scrubbing.
Xp3 Cleaner-Degreaser Comparison Test:
This test was terminated after 5 minutes and the panels were evaluated for cleaning efficiency of the products using a reflectometer. Xp3 Cleaner-Degreaser was 52% more effective in removing the used oil from the steel panel.
